Undercut Anchor System
The undercut anchor system provides concealed fixing for a clean facade appearance. Anchors are installed in precisely drilled undercut holes on the rear face of stone panels, creating an invisible connection to the support framework.
Anchor & Grout Systems
Chemical anchor and grout fixing systems provide high load-bearing capacity for heavier stone panels. These systems use structural adhesives to bond threaded studs into drilled holes, offering excellent pull-out resistance.
Drilling Technology
Our advanced CNC drilling technology ensures precise hole positioning and consistent depth control. We use diamond-tipped tooling for clean cuts that minimise stress on natural stone materials.
Support Frames
Aluminium and stainless steel support frames are custom-designed for each project. These frames accommodate thermal movement, provide adjustment for building tolerances, and integrate with insulation and weatherproofing layers.
