The Unitised Curtain Wall System is a pre-fabricated facade solution where individual panels are assembled in a controlled factory environment and transported to site for installation. This approach ensures superior quality control, faster installation times, and minimal disruption to ongoing construction activities.
Each unitised panel is a complete facade module incorporating glazing, insulation, and weatherproofing elements. The panels interlock on-site using specially designed joints that accommodate building movement and thermal expansion.
How The Approach Works
The unitised system works on the principle of interlocking panels. Each panel is manufactured to precise dimensions in a factory, complete with all glazing, gaskets, and finishing. On site, panels are lifted into position and connected to the building structure using pre-engineered brackets. The interlocking joints between adjacent panels provide weatherproofing and accommodate structural movements.
